Welcome to Member Access Online! If you have used Member Access Online, but haven’t accessed it since before 8/1/08-- you will need to re-enroll and set up your Multi-Factor Authentication. The process will be quick, easy and convenient.

  • Click on the Account Access button
  • Be sure to click on the second login that says, “If you HAVE NOT successfully logged into Member Access Online since 8/3/2008 click here” and then click “BEGIN.” (You will only click on this initial login once)
  • Enter your account number and your existing Member Access Online password
  • Enter the Random Code exactly the way you see in the text box
  • Once you accept the agreement, you will then need to answer three security questions and enter a Security Key which will identify our online banking site is legitimate on future sign ons
    • When answering the questions, please be sure to note the format in which you write the answers—are the answers in all caps/all lowercase or a combination
  • You will NOT be able to view previously stored transaction history before 8/1/08. However, a Metro Credit Union staff member will be happy to retrieve it for you.
  • If you also have the Bill Pay service, you should be able to go right to it and start paying bills
    • There’s no need to set up your vendors again in Bill Pay. They should all be there.

We encourage all members who are not currently taking advantage of Member Access Online and Bill Pay to please sign up as well.

  • Be sure to click on the second login that says, “If you HAVE NOT successfully logged into Member Access Online since 8/3/2008 click here” and then click “BEGIN.”  (You will only click on this initial login once)
  • Your initial password will be the first four letters of your last name (UPPERCASE) and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

Please call us if you have any questions or concerns, at 715-392-0300. Thank you.
