- Enrolling is easy! But, first you must be enrolled in Member Access Online. Once that’s completed, click on the “Bill Pay” tab at the top of any page in Member Access Online. This is where you start your enrollment into Bill Pay.
Member Access Online – Bill Pay’s service is FREE as long as at least one bill is paid in the preceding 90 days. Maintaining an inactive Bill Pay account is $3.95 per month after 90 days, but only until the service is once again used.
