Has your ATM/Debit card been lost or stolen? Call Shazam’s interactive voice response system,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-800-383-8000 and chose options 3, 3, 1. When calling, you will
need the last four digits of the cardholder’s Social Security number, and either the cardholder’s
name as it appears on the card or the card number.
Automated Services
A wide array of automated services is available to Metro members including
direct deposit of recurring payments such as payroll, pension and social
security; automatic transfers between Metro accounts and automatic payments for
loans and other recurring obligations such as insurance premiums.
Member Access Service
This 24 hours a day, seven days a week audio response service allows members
to access their accounts from any touch-tone telephone using their private,
secure access code. Members can verify balances, make transfers and loan
payments, order checks, verify check clearings and recent deposits, inquire
about current dividend rates, apply for loans and much more at no charge.
ATM/Debit Cards
Metro offers qualified members the convenience and security of ATM/debit
cards that can be used at ATM and merchant locations worldwide. The credit union
also has an ATM in the drive-up for the convenience of members.
